We believe having a wedding planner should be an option for everyone.  We work within your budget and offer a variety of packages or go a la carte!

Wedding Packages

Wedding Management

For the couple who has the majority of the wedding planned, but needs some assistance on the big day! We can take some of the stress out so you can enjoy your day.

Wedding Coordination:

$1500.00

We will work with the couple and vendors 4 weeks prior to the wedding.  This also includes day of coordination up to 8 hours at wedding (each additional hour is $100/hour).


*Timeline review and finalizing day of events

* Set up logistics of venue and ensure layout is correct

* Transition of ceremony, dinner and reception 

* Direct vendors and guests

* Oversee issues and changes

* Disburse final payments and gratuities

* Assist with execution of speeches, toasts, and grand march 

 

Also includes...

* Open phone/email correspondence

* In person timeline consult

* 2 Hour Rehearsal coverage (includes travel time)

* General Setup: may include signage/place cards, favors

* Finalizing vendors 2 weeks prior to wedding 

* Act as point of contact for vendors prior to wedding

* Pre-planning consult after booking

* Provides wedding etiquette as needed


Decorating of wedding or event

We will transform your venue into the beautiful wedding you envisioned! We can also offer advice on decor ideas to help you create your vision.

What is included:

Starts at $600.00

Set up of venue which may include: 

table decor, centerpieces, napkins/linens, favors, table numbers, place cards, gift table, guestbook, signage, and cocktail/bar items.


Arches and drapery may be an extra charge depending on set up and time required.


One meeting with designer to go over floor plan, vision, and layout of decor.


Up to 5 hours (tear down is not included)



A La Carte Options:

Just need a little help? We can do that too! Service prices vary based on size of event and project.

Favors, Welcome Bags, & Place Cards

Our specialty! We love being creative and adding special touches.

We love themes and can come up with some great options!

Floor Plans & Layouts

Assistance with venue floor plan and placement of tables.

Create seating arrangement and charts for guest placement.


Venue and Vendor Assistance

Assistance with finding the right venue, vendors, and other wedding related coordination referrals as needed.

Budget and Timeline

We help prepare and keep you within your budget!  We can prepare a wedding timeline for you to assist with a plan for other vendors.  This includes a Day of Wedding timeline and itinerary.

We do more than wedding planning. We can be hired to do any of the following as well!

Officiate weddings- we are licensed to officiate!

Bridal Showers, Engagement Party and Bachelorette Party Decorating and DIY

Pricing varies based on size, location, and determination of needs. Holiday weekends will be $200 in addition to charges.
